Remote Technical Support

We offer remote technical support which allows, by appointment, our technical staff to fix problems with your PCs remotely over the Internet without needing to book a costly onsite visit.

For home users, we offer pay per incident, irrespective of how long it takes to fix the problem remotely. If an onsite visit is needed, this will be arranged at further cost.

For business users, we offer both pay per incident and remote managed subscriptions which for mutiple sessions or networks can work out more cost effective, with all support provided logged. We can, at your request perform unattended maintenance on your PCs and servers.

The One Off service is charged at a fixed fee per incident:

• Home Users: £30 – proof of non business use may be required.
• Business Users: £35+VAT – see below

For Home Users, click on the orange button below to purchase your support appointment. You will be required to download a small piece of software once your payment is confirmed. This can be safely deleted when advised by the MBS support technician.
*Home User service for individual users only. We will verify whether you are a home or business user before providing support. Abuse of this service will result in termination of support and non-refund of any fees paid, subject to our terms and conditions for the Home Assist support service.

Business Users

For business users, we will arrange a telephone appointment, please do not use the Payment button below as we will supply a VAT invoice upon completion and need further details. The higher-priority subscription based service which for a monthly fee gives reduced cost support with discounts for onsite visits (if required), with the following fee structure, which includes one free incident per month.

• Monthly Fee: £40+VAT for up to 5 users on a twelve month contract (with single free incident per month)
• Incident Fee: £30+VAT or per hour after free incident.
